Lagos Covid-19 TaskForce Arreseted More Than 50 Youths Violating Lockdown Directives


Lagos state Covid-19 Task force has arrested some Nigerian youths more than 50 in number who has violated the lock down directives of the federal Government. The General manager of Lagos state environmental protection agency (LASEPA). Mrs Dolapo Fasawe, said that
Lagos is no longer business as usual and anyone who disobey the Governments directives will be made to face the repercussion.



The 50+ youths who attended a party at 84, parks and Gardens, Idi-Oparun bus stop, opposite Abattior at Abule Egba, where gulty of unlawful gatherings, disregarding the lock-down directives of the federal and state governments.

she also disclosed that a night club at VGC, using a pharmacy store as a cover up was sealed on Monday as a result of information sharing from concerned reasonable citizens.

she also advise that parents and guardians should keep a watchful eyes on their wards during this lockdown period to avoid unlawful gathering saying that all hands should be on deck to make sure that there is no hidden place for any of these flagrant violators.

The Director general of lagos state safety commission, Mr Lanre Mojola added that owners should not allow thier places to be used for any social unlawful gathering, that the state will not hesitate to sanction owners who defy the governments orders
